Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - B2B, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales campaigns and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic planning
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and negotiation
  • Experience in market research and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the training and development or IT industries is a plus
  • Experience in Ed-Tech B2B industry is Mandatory
