Neovi Motors LLP is seeking diligent and hands-on EV Mechanics to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The primary role will be to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain electric vehicles to ensure they function at optimal performance. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about the automotive industry and eager to build a career in the electric vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Conduct thorough inspections of electric vehicles to identify any issues.

*  Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately.

*  Perform necessary repairs and replace faulty parts and components.

*  Carry out routine servicing and preventive maintenance on vehicles.

*  Maintain clear and accurate service records for all work performed.

*  Advise on preventive care to maintain vehicle longevity and performance.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

*  **Education:** 10th Pass or Below.

*  **Experience:** Freshers are welcome to apply. No prior experience is required.

*  **Gender:** Male

*  **Language:** No English proficiency is required.

Salary and Compensation:

*  **Monthly Salary:** ₹ 17,000 - ₹ 24,000

  *  **Fixed Component:** ₹ 17,000 - ₹ 22,000

  *  **Incentives:** Up to ₹ 2,000
