Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and goal-oriented EV Sales Consultant to join our growing team at Raja VinFast, India’s premier electric vehicle showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the electric vehicle buying journey, providing product expertise, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty.
📌 Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage customers in the showroom with a professional, friendly attitude.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable VinFast electric vehicles and options.
- Educate customers on EV features, technology, charging infrastructure, and ownership benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist with test drives.
- Follow up on walk-ins, online inquiries, and leads to drive conversions.
- Prepare and present pricing, financing, and delivery options.
- Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with showroom policies.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
🎯 RequirementsMinimum of 1 year experience in automobile or retail sales preferred (automobile experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for electric vehicles, technology, and customer service.
- Target-driven mindset and ability to work in a performance-based environment.
- Fluency in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/DMS systems.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for test drive support.

- Ability to explain technical EV details in simple terms.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
