Event Coordinator 

About the Role

Odyssey Caterings seeks a skilled Event Coordinator to transform client visions into seamless luxury events—from exquisite table settings to flawless execution of our events. This role suits a detail-oriented professional passionate about hospitality, client delight, and high-impact coordination in Bengaluru's premium catering scene.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult clients to understand requirements and brief production, kitchen, and service teams precisely.​
  • Oversee table layouts, décor alignment, and pre-event checks for elevated experiences like grazing tables.​
  • Coordinate catering team on service flow, timelines, and on-site adaptations.​
  • Liaise with vendors (decor, outsourced vendors, florals, rentals) for timely, seamless delivery.​
  • Manage logistics: book trucks, porters, and ensure smooth setup, event, and breakdown.​

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in events, hospitality, or catering coordination.​
  • Strong communication skills (English spoken/written) and vendor management.​
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, follow timelines, and work independently.​
  • Comfortable with evenings, weekends, and wedding-season peaks.​
  • Detail-driven team player with a luxury service mindset.
