Event Planner / Manager

Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas in line with organizational goals.

• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Coordination & Execution

• Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage logistics including catering, audio-visuals, décor, and transportation.
• Oversee event setup, on-site management, and post-event breakdown.

· Client & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.
