Position Overview:

We are seeking a Plant Supervisor with a strong background in discipline and leadership, preferably an Ex-Serviceman from the Army, Navy, or Air Force. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensure smooth production processes, and maintain safety and quality standards. The role is similar to the duties of NCO, CHM, BHM, JCO, SM, SNCO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily plant operations and production activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on the shop floor.
• Monitor workforce performance and maintain discipline among staff.
• Coordinate with production teams to meet targets and timelines.
• Maintain basic documentation and reporting related to production and inventory.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with environmental standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Background: Ex-Serviceman (Army, Navy, or Air Force) preferred.
• Education: Minimum high school or equivalent.
• Language: Ability to read and write in English.
• Technical: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

Work Location: Bommasandra Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 15+ years in supervisory or leadership roles (military experience counts).
