✨ What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for new leads — responding promptly and warmly on WhatsApp, Instagram and email

• Follow up with potential travellers, understand their needs, and keep the conversation going until they're ready to book

• Coordinate with our destination partners to gather itineraries, prices and availability

• Help prepare travel proposals and quotations for clients

• Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups and booking confirmations

• Keep our internal trackers and systems up to date

• Support the founder with day-to-day operations so we can focus on growing the business

🙋 Who We're Looking For

• Someone with a genuine love for travel — you don't need to have been everywhere, but you need to be curious about the world

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (travel, hospitality, admin, customer service — any of these work)

• Strong written communication in English and Hindi/Kannada

• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools

• Highly organised, proactive, and someone who follows through without being reminded

• A quick learner who's excited to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setup
