Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Founder/Director

Job Type: Full-time | Office + Travel (as required)

Job OverviewWe are looking for a smart, proactive Executive Assistant who can manage the Founder/Director’s daily schedule and also support multi-branch coordination. You will act as a central point of communication between different city branches, help with daily office operations, and ensure tasks are executed quickly and correctly.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage Founder/Director’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
  • Coordinate with branch teams across cities for daily operations updates
  • Centralize communication between branches, leads, and management
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates directly with the Founder/Director
  • Follow up and ensure “what the boss says gets done” (strong execution & tracking)
  • Travel coordination: book flights, hotels, local travel, and manage itineraries
  • Arrange meals, meeting setups, and support during travel/visits
  • Handle official tasks like vendor follow-ups, basic admin work, and urgent requests
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and execution mindset
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, Email
  • Quick learner, problem-solver, and can handle pressure
  • Good planning & time management
  • Must be open to travel with the Founder/Director when needed
