Executive Chef Therpup Resort | Mizu Taproom & Kitchen Sarjapur
Therpup Resort Sarjapur, a premium pet-friendly hospitality space, is looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and elevate our dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Maintain food quality, hygiene & consistency
- Design and update menus
- Control food costs & reduce wastage
- Train and manage kitchen staff
Requirements:
- 5+ years in hospitality (leadership role preferred)
- Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine
- Experience in cost control & kitchen management
- Ability to lead and build a disciplined team
