Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Company: Soham Renewable Energy Pvt ltd.

Experience: 4–10 years in Executive Assistant / Administrative Support roles

Qualification: Any Graduate  

Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada (preferred)

Shift: 9:30 am to 6: pm (Monday to Friday) and 9:30 am to 1 PM (Saturday)

Transportation: Need to have own bike


About the Role

 

Soham Renewable Energy Pvt ltd is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive / Administrative Assistant to support the Chairman in daily administrative operations.

This role requires strong multitasking ability, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Calendar & Schedule Management:

·        Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, internal and external meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.

 

Travel & Logistics Management:

·        Handle booking of air tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, and preparation of travel itineraries.

 

Meeting Coordination:

·        Plan, schedule, and organize meetings; prepare agendas, required documents, and minutes; ensure actionable follow-ups and timelines.

 

Office & Administrative Support:

·        Manage correspondence, emails, reports, presentation.

 

Review & Reporting:

·        Assist with review of accounts, financial statements, and business reports; compile and present summaries for decision-making.

 

Communication Management:

·        Act as a point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

 

Task & Deadline Tracking:

·        Monitor ongoing tasks, commitments, and ensure timely completion of key action points.

 

Required Skills & Qualities

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

·        Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital communication platforms.

·        Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

·        Self-motivated, resourceful, and solution-oriented.

·        Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
