Job Description of Executive – Frontliner

1.    Manage around 50 to 60 Change Makers (CMs) remotely

2.    Support and Guide CMs as per the defined process

3.    Liaison with college authorities on starting of new batch and help with documentation etc as per requirement

4.    Maintain the number of completed & on-going batches & youth covered for those batches and predict & record the future number of batches for all the CMs assigned

5.    Regular communication with CMs to understand their working and help with bottlenecks faced by them to improve the working relationship

6.    Tracking and motivating the CMs to attain their target based on their on-going performances

7.    Respond to emails from CMs within 12 hours

8.    Timely intervention and resolution of issues within 24 hours

9.    Tracking and motivating the CMs to attain their targets based on their on-going performances

10.                       Monitoring and approving expenses on Stationery, Travel, Relocation, Incidental Expenses and Consultants fees

11.                       Attendance and leave approval of CMs

12.                       Ensure the CMs manage continuous batches with very minimal idle time

Must skills needed :

-        Need to have good English Communication skills (both written & verbal)

-        Should have managed OR lead some teams

-        Need to have good negotiation & decision making skills

-        Need to have average skills of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)

Preferred skills needed :

-        Better to have speaking skills on multiple regional languages, especially with Hindi
