Role Overview

The Executive – Partnerships & Transit Operations will be responsible for managing relationships with Transit Partners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of services. The role focuses on partner coordination, service delivery, compliance, reporting, and operational discipline, while acting as a key operational link between partners and the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transit Partner Relationship Management

● Manage and maintain day-to-day coordination with transit and service partners.

● Ensure partners adhere to agreed service standards, timelines, and operational commitments.

● Act as the first point of contact for operational coordination and service-related concerns.

● Support onboarding of new partners from an operational and documentation standpoint.

2. Daily Operations Management

● Oversee daily service execution including pickups, deliveries, returns, and issue resolution.

● Monitor service continuity and ensure minimal operational disruptions.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner-led services.

● Maintain operational discipline across locations and partner networks.

3. Service Quality & SLA Monitoring

● Track service performance against defined SLAs and operational benchmarks.

● Follow up with partners on delays, service failures, and corrective actions.

● Work towards continuous improvement in service quality and customer experience.

4. Compliance & Documentation

● Ensure all transit partners maintain valid statutory and operational documents.

● Maintain proper records, agreements, and compliance checklists.

● Support audits and inspections related to partner operations.

5. Reporting & Founder Communication

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational status reports.

● Escalate critical issues, risks, or deviations to the Founder in a timely manner.

● Provide clear operational insights to support management decisions. 6. Commercial Coordination

● Support coordination related to partner billing, reconciliations, and service disputes.

● Assist in monitoring operational costs and service efficiency.

● Coordinate implementation of agreed commercial terms with partners.

7. Process & Operations Improvement

● Recommend improvements to operational processes and partner workflows.

● Support expansion of services by assisting with partner capacity planning.

● Ensure standard operating procedures are followed consistently.

Preferred Qualifications :

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

● 2–5 years of experience in operations, partnerships, logistics coordination, or service management.

● Experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or service-based industries preferred.
