With innovation at our core, we are now looking for a Personal Secretary Executive to support the CEO and help steer our global momentum with unmatched precision, professionalism, and presence.


🎯 Role Summary:

This is a top-tier executive operations and support role, demanding high agility, intelligence, and trust. As the CEO’s right hand, you’ll be responsible for managing high-level schedules, confidential interactions, global travel, and executive communications — all while maintaining an immaculate, globally presentable image.

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the founder and CEO. This is a key role where you'll work one-on-one with the CEO, handling various tasks with efficiency and professionalism.


The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Organize meetings, events, and take meeting minutes as required.
  • Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the CEO’s daily tasks are well-managed and efficient.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and various departments or external stakeholders.
  • Work flexible hours, including late evenings and weekends, based on the CEO’s schedule.
  • Be available for frequent travel to various locations within India and internationally as required by the CEO’s business commitments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant is a plus but not required.
  • Flexibility to work late hours, weekends, and travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic and sometimes unpredictable schedule of the CEO.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, investor reviews, internal updates
  • Prepare strategic decks, briefing notes, reports, and executive summaries
  • ✈️ Global Travel & Business Representation
  • Organize complex international travel plans, visas, hotels, and logistics
  • Accompany the CEO on official trips and handle VIP-level scheduling
  • Maintain CEO’s travel briefings and liaise with local hosts or embassies if required
  • 📊 Stakeholder Engagement & Internal Coordination
  • Serve as the liaison between CEO and high-level clients, partners, and internal leadership
  • Manage confidential communications and contracts
  • Represent the CEO professionally at client meetings and global events

  • Anticipate needs, manage crisis scenarios, and keep operations smooth
