Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and exhibitors.
- Explain exhibition services, stall options, pricing, and event details.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales/marketing team.
- Maintain databases, follow up with interested prospects, and convert leads.
- Share event invites, brochures, and promotional material via WhatsApp/Email.
- Track daily call numbers, lead status, and report to the marketing manager.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure excellent customer handling.
- Update CRM/Excel sheets with call responses and follow-up actions.
