Role OverviewWe are looking for an Expansion Operations Intern to support our growth and expansion initiatives. The role involves working closely with the Expansion and Ops teams on retail mapping, micro-market analysis, and operational readiness for new locations.

This role is highly analytical, execution-focused, and ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maps, and real-world business problems.

• Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain retail maps for priority cities and micro-markets
• Conduct micro-market analysis including catchment sizing, competition density, demand signals, and accessibility
• Support expansion operations by tracking new locations, readiness checklists, and launch dependencies
• Work on data compilation and validation from multiple sources (Google Maps, internal dashboards, field inputs, etc.)
• Assist in preparing city-level and market-level expansion insights for decision-making
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Expansion, Ops, Analytics) to ensure data accuracy and timely updates
• Skills & Requirements Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with maps, location data, and large datasets
• Logical thinking and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of retail, real estate, or city-based operations is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
• Prior exposure to market research, ops, or analytics is a bonus
