Experienced Interior & Civil Site Supervisor / Project Engineer (Mid–Senior Level)

We are seeking a proactive professional who can ensure high-quality standards, manage labour efficiently, and deliver projects with precision and premium finishing.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior & civil works
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and design specifications
• Maintain strict quality control and finishing standards
• Handle labour management, scheduling, and coordination
• Monitor timelines and ensure on-time project completion
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and clients
• Oversee material planning and site inventory management
• Ensure safety standards and compliance at site
• Submit regular progress and status reports

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management
• 3–7 years of relevant on-site experience in interior & civil projects
• Strong knowledge of execution, detailing, and finishing works
• Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
• Strong leadership and labour handling skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
