Fabrication Fitter

We are looking for skilled and hardworking fabrication labour to assist in the production and finishing of orthopedic splints. The role involves material handling, fabrication, trimming, finishing, and quality checks under supervision.

1. Cutting and shaping splint materials as per design specifications
2. Operating fabrication tools and basic machinery
3. Heating, molding, and forming materials
4. Trimming, finishing, and smoothing edges
5. Assisting in assembly and packaging
6. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the production area
7. Following SOPs and quality standards (medical device manufacturing norms)
8. Reporting defects or material issues to supervisors
