Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & IT Support Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations along with basic IT infrastructure and asset management. This is a hybrid role requiring ownership of facilities, vendor coordination, employee support, and IT readiness to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration & Facilities Management
Oversee daily office operations including facility upkeep, housekeeping, and maintenance
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and maintenance work
Ensure proper functioning of office infrastructure including seating, lighting, and utilities
Conduct periodic facility audits and highlight improvement areas
2. Travel & Logistics Management
Manage employee travel bookings including flights, trains, cabs, and hotel accommodations
Coordinate with travel vendors to ensure cost-effective and smooth arrangements
Maintain travel records and support reimbursement processes where applicable
3. Asset & Inventory Management
Handle asset allocation and collection (laptops, accessories, ID cards,Sim card, business card etc.)
Maintain an updated inventory of all office and IT assets
Track asset lifecycle, including issuance, returns, repairs, and replacements
Ensure proper documentation and sign-offs for all asset-related activities
4. IT Support & Infrastructure
Provide basic IT support including Wi-Fi, routers, and connectivity troubleshooting
Ensure all systems and devices are functional and ready for employee use
Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalations and advanced technical issues
Should be able to do basic IT functionalities like factory reset, installation of software etc.
Monitor and ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems and office security infrastructure
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure workplace safety standards are followed
Conduct regular checks on CCTV, access control systems, and emergency equipment
Support implementation of safety protocols and compliance requirements
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with multiple vendors including housekeeping, travel, IT, and facility partners
Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to SLAs
Negotiate basic vendor requirements and escalate issues when needed
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (Wi-Fi, routers, CCTV, devices)
Good vendor management and coordination skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2–5 years of experience in Admin / Facilities and IT Support roles
Experience in handling office operations in a fast-paced environment
