ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Facility Assistant supports the overall management and smooth functioning of all centre facilities. This role works closely with the Facility Manager to ensure regular maintenance, safety standards, and operational readiness are consistently upheld. Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, supervising housekeeping and maintenance teams, monitoring equipment condition, and assisting with facility inspections and audits. 

The Facility Assistant also helps track inventories, manage minor repairs, handle escalations, and ensure all centres operate efficiently and in line with organisational SOPs. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a senior facility management position.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Assist in ensuring all centres are clean, safe, functional, and operationally ready.
• Help manage routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repair work.
• Liaise with external service providers for housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and other facility services.
• Work closely with administrative and operations teams to ensure seamless centre functioning.
• Track the condition of tools, equipment, and supplies; raise requirements for replenishment.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

• Freshers or individuals with 1–3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or operations support.
• People who can track maintenance schedules, inventory, and operational tasks effectively.
• Candidates with basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment maintenance.
• People who can handle multi-centre operations, dynamic priorities, and urgent facility needs.
• Those with hands-on experience treating musculoskeletal, sports injuries, post-operative rehab, or performance-related cases.
• Candidates who take ownership of tasks, anticipate facility challenges, and ensure smooth operations.
