Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with planning, activities, and classroom management.
- Ensure the Podar curriculum is followed in all KG classes.
- Observe classrooms and guide teachers when needed.
- Coordinate school events, celebrations, and daily activities.
- Communicate with parents and handle queries politely and quickly.
- Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and a joyful learning environment.
- Maintain basic records and share updates with management.
