Key Responsibilities: Strategic Development: • Formulate and implement strategies for factory development aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives. • Conduct comprehensive production, financial, and workforce planning to ensure seamless operations. Production Management: • Assess factory capacity to meet production targets while optimizing resource utilization. • Lead the adoption of modern technologies and machinery to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. • Ensure timely delivery of quality products and maintain rigorous quality control standards. • Perform daily cost analysis to achieve monthly financial goals. • Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational activities. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated and efficient factory operations. Desired Profile: • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, with a preference for candidates who have served as assistant factory managers or in similar roles. Prior experience in plastic manufacturing is highly desirable. • Education: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Machinery, Chemical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
