Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage factory labour and daily workforce activities
- Allocate work to workers and ensure productivity targets are met
- Check and verify raw material quality and quantity before production
- Monitor production orders and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with production, store, and dispatch teams
- Maintain daily production reports and work logs
- Check stock levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage
- Follow factory safety rules and maintain discipline on the shop floor
- Report issues related to manpower, materials, or machines to management
