Factory Worker

Printe5 is looking for a dedicated T-Shirt Printing Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for printing designs on T-shirts using various printing techniques while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate T-shirt printing machines (Heat Press, Screen Printing, DTF, Vinyl, etc.)

Prepare T-shirts and printing materials before production

Ensure proper alignment, color accuracy, and print quality

Handle bulk printing orders for corporate clients

Maintain printing machines and workspace cleanliness

Check final products for defects before packing

Meet daily production targets

Assist in packing and dispatch when required

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of T-shirt printing techniques

Ability to operate heat press / printing machines

Attention to detail for print quality

Ability to handle bulk orders

Basic understanding of design placement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in garment printing or textile printing

Familiarity with DTF, Sublimation, or Screen Printing

Experience working in a printing unit or apparel factory

Education

Minimum 10th / 12th Pass

Diploma or training in printing is an advantage

Experience

0–2 years experience in T-shirt printing or related field

Freshers with interest in printing can also apply
