Job Title: Factory Worker
Salary: 15,000 – 22,000 per month

Job Description:
We are hiring Factory Workers for our manufacturing unit. Candidates should be hardworking, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and production equipment as per instructions
Assist in assembly, packaging, and quality checking of products
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the shop floor
Follow company rules, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions
Meet daily production targets
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 8th/10th pass (preferred)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical work
Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required
