Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and hardworking male candidates to join our manufacturing plant as Labour / Factory Workers. The ideal candidates should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to maintaining high standards of productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant.
• Assemble, pack, and inspect products according to quality standards.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in other tasks as required by the supervisor or plant manager.

Qualifications:

• Education: 12th Passout, ITI, Diploma, or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
• Basic understanding of safety and quality control procedures.
