PEPACO is a growing fashion service-based startup specializing in personalized stitching, alteration, styling assistance and other fashion related services. We are seeking a creative and organized Fashion Assistant/Intern/Associate Stylist to support senior stylists, designers, tailors, and other clothing/garment related teams in delivering high-quality fashion services. The ideal candidate will assist with measurement taking, styling assistance, garment handling, client coordination and support, fittings, administrative support for daily and event-based orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in client coordination, handle everyday or event based client orders, take accurate measurements and maintain records of client requirements
• Coordinate with tailors, senior stylists, design partners, local boutiques with regards to client orders
• Perform Quality control: ensure steam/iron, and garments are presentation-ready and double check with the client’s requirements
• Assist during fittings and make minor adjustments if required
• Handle packing, transportation, and return of garments
• Communicate with clients regarding outfit status and order tracking and coordination with delivery partners and other relevant work personnel

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design / Fashion Styling (preferred)
• 6 months–2 years of experience in fashion/styling
• Basic tailoring knowledge is a plus
• Driving is an advantage
• Multilingual is an advantage

Salary:

🔹 Entry Level (6 months- 1 year)

• ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

🔹 1–2 Years Experience

• ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Travel expenses will be compensated based on the distance covered upon discussion
