Role SummaryThe Fashion Consultant at Mahitha Prasad is responsible for selling, styling, and curating a premium experience for luxury clients across couture and pret collections. This role requires strong styling sensibility, confident client handling, and the ability to convert consultations into high-value sales while maintaining the brand’s luxury positioning.

This is a frontline revenue role that directly represents the Mahitha Prasad brand and its values.

• Key Responsibilities1. Client Styling & ConsultationConduct one-on-one styling consultations for luxury clients across couture and pret collections.
• Understand client preferences, body type, occasion, and lifestyle to recommend the right silhouettes and designs.
• Style complete looks including outfit, blouse fit, drape, accessories, and finishing details.
• 2. Sales & ConversionConvert walk-in, appointment, and inbound leads into confirmed orders or purchases.
• Confidently present pricing, timelines, and value without discount-led selling.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant pieces while maintaining brand integrity.
• 3. Brand Experience & RepresentationDeliver a warm, polished, and elevated client experience aligned with a luxury couture brand.
• Maintain professionalism, grooming, and communication standards at all times.
• Educate clients about fabrics, craftsmanship, detailing, and the story behind collections.
• 4. Order CoordinationAccurately capture client requirements and hand over clear information to the internal team.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for fittings, alterations, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure follow-ups with clients are timely and refined.
• 5. Store & Collection ReadinessMaintain showroom presentation, garment organisation, and styling displays.
• Assist in collection launches, previews, and client appointments.
