Job Title: Counter Sales Executive

Location: Retail Store in Bangalore

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join the retail team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving store sales, and maintaining store standards in line with the brand image.

• Roles & Responsibilities Greet and assist customers at the store counter in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Handle billing, cash, UPI, card payments, and POS operations accurately
• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock arrangement
• Maintain cleanliness and overall store appearance
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely
• Keep track of daily sales, stock movement, and report to the store manager
• Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and inventory management
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines
• Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• 0.6–2 years of experience in retail sales (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems
