Fashion Designer

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative Designer who excels at client interaction. You will be responsible for guiding our customers through the custom design process—from initial consultation and precise measurements to final styling—while also managing our boutique’s digital presence on social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultations: Meet with walk-in and premium clients to suggest custom blouse designs, bridal wear, and ethnic outfits that align with their preferences.
• Measurements & Styling: Take professional, accurate body measurements for custom tailoring and provide expert advice on fabric and design suitability.
• Digital Marketing: Create and post engaging content (Reels, photos, and stories) for our Instagram and Facebook pages to showcase our unique designs and craftsmanship.
• Customer Communication: Manage client inquiries via DM and WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth experience from order to delivery.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep the boutique's offerings fresh by staying updated on current fashion trends and social media marketing techniques. Instagram +4

Required Skills

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal skills to build trust and rapport with boutique clients.
• Measurement Accuracy: Proven ability to take technical measurements for various ladies' and children's garments.
• Digital Content Creation: Experience using mobile tools (like Instagram, Canva, or CapCut) to create high-quality marketing content.
• Aesthetic Vision: A deep understanding of fabrics, colours, and current fashion styles.
