Role Summary: You will be responsible for material sourcing, tech pack creation, costing, and production readiness for all couture and pret orders.

This is a detail-heavy execution role that connects design, sourcing, and production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource fabrics, trims, and materials within timelines (5-day cycle)
• Create and manage Tech Packs for every order
• (design details, measurements, embroidery, trims, construction notes)
• Prepare and dispatch complete production boxes (zero missing items)
• Track costing and identify cost-effective vendors
• Manage inventory and prevent material shortages
• Create purchase orders and handle vendor coordination
• Track logistics and ensure timely material movement
• Maintain daily updates in merchandising and costing tools
