Role SummaryYou will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering all garments on time with uncompromised quality.

This is a high-ownership, shop-floor role managing production, people, and timelines in a couture environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Ensure all orders are completed and delivered on time
• Maintain strict quality control across embroidery, stitching, and finishing
• Coordinate with merchandising for material readiness
• Manage production team (tailors, embroidery, finishing)
• Track progress, solve delays, and maintain workflow efficiency
• Ensure accurate daily reporting and updates to management
