Job Description: Field Care Executive
As a Field Care Executive, you will be the primary driver of growth in the Bangalore region. Your role is unique: you will simultaneously build Demand (by partnering with Hospitals, Clinics, health institutions and communities) and Supply (by sourcing service providers on the ground). You are not just a salesperson; you are a business builder creating a healthcare ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Networking: Pitch and formalise service agreements with hospital administrators, clinic heads, and diagnostic labs etc to build a B2B referral ecosystem.
- Hyperlocal Demand Mapping: Conduct field activation in RWAs, gated communities, and old age homes to identify and capture individual service requirements.
- Corporate & NGO Engagement: Present wellness and home-care packages to HR departments and non-profit leaders to secure group-level service contracts.
- Resource Sourcing: Identify, vet, and onboard ground-level service providers to ensure the supply side matches regional demand.
- Market Intel & Reporting: Track competitor movements and service gaps across Bangalore neighbourhoods, maintaining a real-time lead pipeline.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Your success will be measured by a balanced scorecard:
- Partnership Volume: Number of MOUs/Tie-ups signed with medical institutions per month.
- Referral Velocity: The volume of leads generated through your established partner network.
- Sourcing Efficiency: Time taken to onboard qualified resources in high-demand zones.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of community/RWA inquiries turned into active service bookings.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0.5–3 years in field sales (Healthcare, Pharma, or Gig-economy experience is a plus).
- Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory for navigating Bangalore's diverse markets.
- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a deep understanding of Bangalore's geography.
- Grit: A "street-smart" approach to problem-solving and the ability to build rapport with everyone from doctors to caregivers.
