Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Collection Executives for a commission-based role in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers in the field and collecting outstanding payments as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned customers and collect dues/payments.
• Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely recovery.
• Maintain proper records of collections.
• Build professional relationships with customers.
• Submit daily collection reports to the team lead.
• Follow company policies and ethical collection practices.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to work in field and travel across Bangalore.
