A Field Collection Executive's job is to visit clients or customers with overdue payments and recover outstanding amounts. They also handle customer interactions, document payments, and report on collection activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Visits: Traveling to customer locations to follow up on overdue payments. 
• Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers to explain outstanding amounts and negotiate payment plans. 
• Document Handling: Collecting cash, checks, or receipts and ensuring proper documentation. 
• Reporting: Providing daily or weekly reports on collection activities, including visit status and challenges. 
• Dispute Resolution: Addressing customer disputes or objections regarding outstanding amounts. 
• Compliance: Following ethical recovery practices and legal guidelines. 
• Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly collection targets. 
• Account Monitoring: Identifying overdue payments and initiating collection activities.
