Job Description – Filed Collection Executive

Role & Responsibilities

 Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

to join our Collection Department. Collections executives will be responsible for managing and collecting all the outstanding accounts receivables from clients and

customers. In addition, will be responsible for reducing the number of accounts receivables.

 Must have experience in handling and managing borrowers at field for collection of their duties

 Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments and encourage timely payments

 Update account status records

 Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress Job Specific skills

 Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role

 Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)

 Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA) back code collection of dues and RBI/Regulatory guideline from time to mitigate reputational risk of bank

 Comfortable working with targets, patience and ability to manage stress

Graduate in any field DRA certificate will be preparable (10+2 Compulsory)
