Field Collection Executive (DRA Certificate Must)

Job Title: Field Collection Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments.
• Communicate with customers to explain payment obligations and resolve queries.
• Negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
• Report collection activities to the supervisor or manager regularly.
• Follow company policies and collection procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass, diploma or equivalent. A college degree is a plus.
• Fresher/experience both can apply.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be preferred.
• SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Attention to detail in record-keeping.
