Field Collection & Loan Recovery Executive

The Field Collection Executive is responsible for achieving collection targets in a defined territory while ensuring adherence organizational policies. The role involves direct field visits, relationship management, and close coordination with internal teams to maintain healthy portfolio performance

• ResponsibilitiesVisit clients to collect outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate records of collections and cash handling
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Provide daily reports to the management team
• Negotiate payment arrangements and timelines with clients
• Identify and flag problematic accounts needing further action
• Provide exceptional customer service during collection visits
