📌 Job Title: Telecom Field Engineer

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Configuration: Set up telecom equipment such as routers, switches, antennas, and fiber optic cables.

• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on telecom hardware and software.

• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct signal testing, network diagnostics, and resolve connectivity issues.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and technical documentation.

• Customer Support: Interface with clients to provide technical support and ensure service satisfaction.

• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of IP networking, RF systems, fibre optics, and telecom protocols.

• Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or vendor-specific telecom certifications.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently and work in outdoor or remote environments.
