Job Title: Field Officer (MALE ONLY)

Work Schedule: Wednesday to Monday | Tuesday – Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities

• Visit residential properties as per assigned schedules
• Carry out routine property inspections and record observations
• Coordinate with tenants, owners, and service vendors
• Capture photos/videos during site visits and update records using mobile tools
• Support move-in, move-out, and inventory checks
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks
• Maintain professional communication during all on-ground interactions

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th pass
• Minimum 1 year of field experience (any operations or field role)
• Familiarity with local areas in North-East Bangalore
• Basic smartphone and mobile application usage
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel locally for work assignments
• Graduate candidates will be an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹27,000 per month (CTC), based on experience
