Position Overview

We are looking for a Field Operations Executive to manage residential property visits and coordinate on-ground activities in South-East Bangalore.

This role is fully field-based and requires daily travel between assigned properties. The candidate should be comfortable handling outdoor responsibilities, physical site visits, and structured reporting through mobile applications.

• Key Responsibilities
• Visit assigned properties as per daily schedule
• Conduct property inspections and record findings
• Coordinate with tenants, owners, and maintenance vendors
• Capture photos and upload real-time updates via mobile tools
• Support move-in and move-out inspections
• Verify inventory and property condition
• Ensure timely task completion
• Maintain professional communication at all sites

• Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (PUC)
• Graduates are welcome to apply
• Minimum 1 year experience in field operations, delivery, logistics, real estate, or similar on-ground roles
• Familiarity with South-East Bangalore preferred
• Must be comfortable with daily local travel
• Basic smartphone proficiency (apps, camera, reporting tools)
• Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
• Physically fit for regular travel and outdoor site visits
