Job Description
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular visits to assigned locations to check cleanliness, safety, and staff discipline.
- Attendance & Deployment: Record staff attendance and ensure sites are fully staffed for every shift.
- Data Collection: Use mobile apps or forms to submit daily reports on service quality, stock levels, or client feedback.
- On-Site Support: Act as the first responder for minor issues, such as equipment failure or staff absenteeism.
- Client Interaction: Meet with site supervisors to confirm daily tasks are completed to their satisfaction.
