We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apartment/Project Electrician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in our property across Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in apartments, common areas, and amenities.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including faulty wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures.

3. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues.

4. Install new electrical fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.

5. Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and regulations.

6. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete tasks and projects.

7. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to their electrical concerns.

8. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and repair records.

Requirements:

1.     High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship in electrical work preferred.

2.     Must able travel across Bangalore.

3.      Valid driver's license with two-Wheeler required.

4. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical work, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.

5. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and best practices.

6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuverer electrical equipment and tools.

9. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
