Field Executive

We are hiring an energetic and trustworthy Real-Estate Field Executive to handle site visits, client coordination, and property-related field work. The candidate will work closely with the sales and back-office team to support property sales, rentals, and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits with customers for plots, flats, and rental properties

Explain property details, pricing, and location advantages to clients

Coordinate with office team for customer follow-ups and documentation

Collect customer details and update daily visit reports

Assist in booking process, token advance, and payment follow-ups

Coordinate with site engineers, owners, and contractors

Verify property locations, measurements, and site status

Support registration and agreement processes

Promote company properties through field marketing

Maintain professional behavior with clients and owners

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

Good communication skills (Kannada required; English/Hindi/Telugu a plus)

Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Camera)

Two-wheeler mandatory (with valid license)

Honest, punctual, and result-oriented

Experience:

Fresher or 1–3 years experience in real-estate field sales preferred

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed salary + attractive commission

Travel allowance (if applicable)
