Field Executive

Job SummaryThe Field Executive is responsible for executing on-ground operations, coordinating with clients/customers, collecting data or payments, promoting products/services, and reporting field activities to the management team. This role requires frequent travel and strong interpersonal skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned locations/customers as per daily field plan
• Execute sales, marketing, verification, or collection activities (as applicable)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Collect required documents, data, feedback, or payments
• Explain products/services clearly to customers
• Ensure timely reporting of field activities and outcomes
• Update CRM or reporting tools with accurate field data
• Follow company policies, compliance, and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with supervisors and internal teams for task completion
