Field Executive

​⚠ IMPORTANT: Candidates must live in South Bangalore (Jigani, Bommasandra, Electronic City, or Attibele). Please do not apply if you stay in North Bangalore.

​We are an Industrial Supply Company (Ferrum) looking for an active Field Executive to manage deliveries and orders for factories in Jigani & Bommasandra Industrial Areas.

​💰 Salary & Benefits:

​Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 (Based on experience)

​Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month (Fixed)

​Incentives: Earn up to ₹5,000 extra based on performance.

​📋 Main Responsibilities (What you have to do):

​Daily Factory Visits: Visit 15-20 factories daily in Jigani/Bommasandra on your bike.

​Delivery: Deliver small spare parts (Laser Nozzles) to factory gates/stores.

​Order Collection: Meet Factory Managers/Operators to take new orders.

​Payment Collection: Collect cash/cheques or ensure UPI payment upon delivery.

​New Clients: Identify new factories in the area that have Laser Machines and collect their visiting cards.

​✅ Requirements (Must Have):

​Own Two-Wheeler & Driving License (Compulsory).

​Education: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Any stream).

​Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers with good energy are Welcome).

​Languages: Speaking Kannada is Compulsory. Basic English reading is required for Invoices/Maps.

​Knowledge: Must know Google Maps and local routes in Jigani/Bommasandra.
