Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and reliable Field Executives to support our on-ground operations. The role involves visiting banks, clients, or other institutions for tasks such as data collection, loan or insurance verification, and background checks. It requires frequent travel within assigned areas and strong communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities: 

·       Conduct field visits for data collection, client verification, and document checks.

·       Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of field assignments.

·       Maintain accurate logs, reports, and photographic documentation where required.

·       Interact professionally with clients, institutions, or individuals during visits.

·       Resolve basic on-site issues and escalate as needed.

·       Adhere to company processes, timelines, and safety protocols.

·       Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

·       Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Diploma; Graduates preferred.

·       Fresher ok 

·       Prior experience in fieldwork, customer service, or verification roles is an advantage.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Basic proficiency with smartphones and apps (for reporting and location tracking).

·       Ability to manage time, work independently, and meet deadlines.

·       Two-wheeler and valid driving license.

·       Compensation: 20-25k/month Average. Payment per transaction

·       Familiarity with local geography and routes.

·       Willingness to travel extensively and handle physical tasks or long hours, if necessary.
