Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and field-work oriented Field Executive for our rental property business. The work includes showing rental houses to tenants, attending property visits, helping close rental deals, and collecting To-Let board property details from assigned areas.
The candidate will meet tenants, coordinate with property owners, attend scheduled house visits, and support in closing rental deals. When there are no property visits, the executive must travel around assigned areas and collect To-Let board details like owner phone number, rent amount, and house location.
There will be a minimum monthly target for rental deal closures and To-Let property lead collection, which the candidate must complete.
