Job Description

  • Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • 1. Apartment & RWA VisitsVisit assigned apartments, gated communities, and RWAs on a daily basis.
  • Meet facility managers, association heads, and committee members.
  • Collect key contact information (manager, president, secretary, treasurer, etc.).
  • 2. Permission & CoordinationExplain the brand activity/promotional plan clearly to association members.
  • Obtain approvals/permissions for conducting events, stalls, door-to-door promotions, or branding activities.
  • Negotiate suitable dates, timings, and space allocation for activities.
  • 3. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with facility management teams and RWA committees.
  • Ensure regular follow-up with contacts for repeated campaigns or long-term partnerships.
  • 4. Data Collection & ReportingUpdate daily visit reports with apartment details, contact information, and permission status.
  • Maintain and submit detailed data sheets for every visit.
  • Share photos, signatures, or confirmation messages from RWAs wherever required.
  • 5. On-Ground SupportCoordinate with internal event/activation teams to ensure smooth execution after permissions are granted.
  • Assist the team on the day of the event if required (setup guidance, RWA coordination, etc.).
  • 6. Market IntelligenceIdentify new apartments, upcoming societies, and potential residential clusters for future activities.
  • Update the database regularly with new opportunities.
  • 7. Professional ConductRepresent the company professionally during all visits.
  • Ensure all communication with RWAs and residents is polite, clear, and professional.
