Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Executive (Male Candidates Only) to join our team. In this role, you will oversee property inspections, manage inventory, and ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs for tenants. This is a hands-on role requiring travel across assigned zones in Bangalore.

Note: This role is exclusively for male candidates due to the nature of on-ground field inspections and travel requirements. A bike is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections in the assigned zone (South, North, East, or West Bangalore).

Accurately record and document property details, inventory, and maintenance updates.

Facilitate smooth tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.

Serve as the on-ground representative to maintain high-quality property standards.

Requirements

Education & Language: Ability to read and write in English is required. Proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.

Transportation: A personal two-wheeler is required for commuting to different properties.

Work Schedule: Full-time, field-based role with assigned property zones in Bangalore.

Eligibility: This position is open only for male candidates due to job-specific requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹23,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Allowances: ₹4,500 monthly petrol allowance

Work Zone: Assigned within South, North, East, or West Bangalore for better work efficiency
