Job Title: Field HR Recruiter – Beautician Hiring

Job Responsibilities:

Source and recruit female beauticians for home salon services through field hiring.

Conduct local mobilization at salons, beauty academies, markets, hostels, PGs, and residential areas.

Coordinate walk-in drives, referral hiring, and local vendor tie-ups.

Explain job role, earnings, incentives, and company policies to candidates.

Collect and verify candidate documents (Aadhaar, photos, experience details, etc.).

Handle complete onboarding process including form filling, documentation, and app registration.

Coordinate with backend/HR team for activation and deployment.

Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met.

Maintain recruitment data and share daily updates with the team.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 10th pass / 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

Experience in field recruitment / blue-collar hiring preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Must be willing to work in the field.

Good local area knowledge of the city.

Basic smartphone usage is mandatory.
